Is there a parking reserved for customers?
Yes, Hotel Mediterraneo offers its guests free unguarded parking in front of the entrance. To access it, you must ask the reception for the appropriate gate key.
Is there a transfer service from the airport to the hotel?
You can book the transfer service by requesting it at the time of booking.
What kind of cuisine does the hotel restaurant offer?
The lunch and dinner menus bring to the table the flavors of the land and the sea, enhancing the typical products and recipes of the gastronomic tradition of the Pontine territory.
Are there particular architectural barriers?
No, all the rooms and services of the Hotel Mediterraneo have been designed in compliance with the rules for the elimination of architectural barriers and full accessibility for disabled people.
How many rooms does the hotel have?
The Hotel Mediterraneo has 75 double rooms, all with the possibility of single use and extra bed.
How many floors does the hotel have? Are they serviced by an elevator?
The Hotel Mediterraneo has 2 floors: on the ground floor are located Reception, bar and restaurant and some rooms; the first floor houses the rooms and is served by elevator.
Is it possible to connect to the Internet?
Yes, there is a wireless connection in public areas.
Is it possible to organize congresses?
Yes, the hotel has 2 meeting rooms.
Is it possible to take advantage of room service for breakfasts, lunches and dinners?
Yes. The additional cost is € 5.00.
What time do we have to leave the room?
Check out is scheduled for 11:00.
Is there a laundry service?
Yes, to take advantage of the service it is enough to hand over to the housekeepers – or, in the absence, to the Reception – the appropriate laundry bag with the clothes. The cost varies depending on the quantity and quality of the clothing delivered. Delivery takes place within 48 hours at most.
Is the use of swimming pools included in the price of the stay?

We accept payments in cash, with ATM and credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Diners).
What are the penalties in case of cancellation of the reservation?
The customer is required to pay 20% of the cost of the entire stay, if notice of cancellation is made no later than the 14th day before the date of arrival; 30%, if such communication is made between 13° and 4° day; 50% if the communication is made in the last three days prior to arrival. No penalty is provided if the cancellation is due to force majeure (public calamities, strikes, epidemics, etc.).), while it is equal to 100% of the cost of the stay in case of” no show”, that is, non-cancellation.
How many seats are in the restaurant? Is it open to the public?
The restaurant has 140 seats and the service is reserved exclusively for the guests of Hotel Mediterraneo.
How far is the hotel from the bus stop?
The two bus stops (Viale Europa and Viale Circe) are about 20 meters from the entrance of the hotel. The reception staff also offers all the information on public transport and on schedules and tickets of trains, buses, ferries, hydrofoils and makes full availability for the organization of excursions in neighboring areas.
How far is the hotel from the sea?
The Albergo Mediterraneo is located 50 meters from the sea: Via Veneto is a cross of the Circe promenade, so just walk along it and cross the road. You can also take advantage of the beach service at 2 affiliated bathing establishments.
